5 Shows that Will Put A Smile on Your Face

The month of October is here, and besides the fact that it’s starting to get rainy and windy outside,
this means that the Fall TV season has finally returned!
The summer has certainly been a long one without our favorite shows. Not only are we happy about

the returning shows, it’s always exciting to watch the new shows that are premiering this season.
Scroll down to see the top 5 shows that we are way excited to dive into this month!
New Girl

When season 3 ended for the New Girl gang, we were left in the agony of the breakup between fan-favorite couple Nick and Jess. Which of course is entailed with how Winston, Schmidt, Coach and Cece react to the break up. But when season 4 arrives, we will be delighted with the fact that the dynamic between within group seems to have gone back to normal. As they all attend a wedding and challenge each other to see who can get lucky at this last wedding of the season. Not so lucky for Jess, she has to face off with Kat, (guest star Jessica Biel), to get the attention of the last eligible bachelor there. It’s guaranteed to be a good time!

Brooklyn Nine Nine

The minute Andy Samberg stepped on to our TV screens a year ago when Brooklyn Nine Nine first premiered; we all knew that this show would be huge. One year later and with a Golden Globe in his pocket, Andy and his squad of police department oddballs are back for their sophomore season! Rumor has it, Eva Longoria will be guest starring as a defense attorney who catches the eye of Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) when they face off in court.

The Mindy Project

Ah... Mindy and Danny. Our favorite will-they-won’t-they couple is finally an actual couple! It only took two seasons of being on and off until it finally happens between the two doctors. We absolutely support the creators’ decision to keep them together instead of breaking them up, because it is more fun to see how their relationship unfolds and how these two handles being in a monogamous relationship with each other!

Manhattan Love Story

This brand new rom-com series is a classic boy-meets-girl story, but only with a little bit more of twist. According to the preview, this single-cam show will have the two leads Dana (Analeigh Tipton from Crazy, Stupid, Love and America’s Next Top Model) and Peter (Greek’s Jake McDorman) meet and fall in love. What’s exciting is we get to hear the male and female’s point of views when they first start dating, which is always interesting. Added bonus: beautiful Manhattan backdrop!

A to Z

Also a new show to join the fall season line up, A to Z brings up another couple of twenty-somethings trying to find love nowadays. Andrew and Zelda (get it?) are the leads. Played respectively by Mad Men alum Ben Feldman and the mother in How I Met Your Mother, Cristin Milioti. From the narration in the beginning (provided by Katey Sagal), the two will be dating for a little less than nine months. But there are, obviously, a lot of things a couple can do after that length of time, among them “M” (marry) or “B” (break up). Oh we can’t wait to see how this one unfolds!
